A set of internal eBooks was designed for ADP, a global leader in human capital management with over 64,000 employees worldwide. The project aimed to deliver clear, engaging content tailored specifically to internal teams, with separate versions developed for managerial and non-managerial audiences.
The design approach balanced ADP’s global brand standards with user-friendly layouts, customized iconography, and informative visuals to enhance readability and relevance for each audience segment. Content was organized to support learning, alignment, and day-to-day effectiveness, with a tone and structure appropriate to each role’s responsibilities and challenges.
The final eBooks serve as practical, visually cohesive resources that support internal communication, reinforce ADP’s values, and empower employees at every level to succeed within a dynamic, global workplace.
